CONCLUSIONS of Studies provided through the American Medical Association (AMA) on once weekly 1.7-mg or 2.4-mg Compounded Semaglutide Injections for 3 to 6 months.

Average weight loss after 3 months was 14.7 lbs., equivalent to a mean baseline weight loss of 5.9%.  After 6 months was 27.11 lbs., equivalent to an average weight loss of 10.9%. Of the 102 patients who were followed up at 6 months, 89 (87.3%) achieved weight loss of 5% or more, 56 (54.9%) achieved weight loss of 10% or more, 24 (23.5%) achieved weight loss of 15% or more, and 8 (7.8%) achieved weight loss of 20% or more.

CHANGE IN BODY COMPOSITION

In the DXA subpopulation (140 participants), total fat mass and regional visceral fat mass were reduced from baseline with Compounded Semaglutide Injections. Although total lean body mass decreased in absolute terms (kg), the proportion of lean body mass relative to total body mass increased with Compounded Semaglutide Injections.
